By placing a PakzTM packet into the brew basket and running a brew cycle over it (much like our TabzTM Coffee Equipment Cleaning Tablets), the tea paper surrounding the product allows the detergent to flow down into the server beneath. By eliminating the need for the user to measure or dose the cleaning product inside, PakzTM greatly reduces waste and improves efficiency. Complete with blue indicator dye to ensure proper rinsing, PakzTM allows users in busy service environments to easily maintain their equipment.

If your item arrives damaged – do not discard! The best way to receive a refund is to take pictures of the damage and send them to us. We will need a clear picture of the label, the box, and the damaged item. If you cannot send a pic, then you will need to return the item for a refund by opening a return in Pricetronic. We do need to have validation that the item was damaged. If you throw it away, and then claim the item was damaged, you will not be refunded. No exceptions, please! Local Pick-ups: 
Nearly all of our items are shipped for FREE, so what's the benefit of local pick-up? If you live in the Phoenix and East Valley areas, local pick-up can save you $3-8.00 on every item we offer. Our new warehouse space opened in 2022 and if you drive to Country Club Dr. and University in Mesa you can save HUGE amounts of money. Our space is open by appointment only. But, if you bring your phone, fill your cart, and choose local pick-up through the Pricetronic app your discounts will be immediate and they will be BIG
