This is the core exercise in building broad and strong shoulders creating the aesthetically pleasing V-taper. Failure to do so will result in delays since we cannot ship without it. Recipient must be present and a signature is required upon a scheduled delivery. Delivery usually takes place only on Monday thru Friday during business hours.  If you miss the delivery, there maybe a redelivery charge. This order includes a lift gate curbside delivery. You will be responsible for unpacking and discarding the packing materials. The driver cannot help you move the package. It is your responsibility to Inspect the merchandise prior to delivery agent's departure. If merchandise appears to be damaged or missing in any way, please note the damage or shortage on the freight bill. Failure to do so would result in us being unable to file a claim with the freight company, thus your product cannot be replaced.  Any returns after the delivery company left you will be responsible for the return shipping fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The item must be returned on a pallet and must use a freight company with tracking. A refund minus a 10% restocking fee will be issued 7-30 business days after the item has been delivered to our warehouse.
