Vintage, MORSE DIVING EQUIPMENT CO., nickel plated brass, underwater divers light.  Clearly stamped at the top of the handle shaft "MFG'D. BY MORSE DIVING EQUIP. CO., INC. BOSTON MASS. U.S.A. PAT. APPLIED FOR".  Measures 19"H.  12" Diameter at base rim.  Weighs 12lbs.  The end of the power cord has been cut off.  Has not been tested.  The black rubber has age related crack lines.  The nickel plate finish has some wear in spots.  There is a dent, at the base, near the handle.  Seller has not cleaned.  Overall good solid condition.
