The Hornady Primer Pocket Uniforming Tool is an excellent piece of equipment for the reloader looking to gain every ounce of accuracy out of their handloads. One of the most important steps in gaining superior accuracy is to uniform the primer pocket depth and ensure the primer pocket is square with the case head. If there is slight variances in this primer pocket depth the shot-to-shot consistency will suffer and handloads will not be as accurate as possible. By uniforming this depth reloaders ensure that each primer will be seated to the same depth so they can create the most accurate ammunition possible. Large Primer Size.
