Hans head and neck constraint. FIA standards is printed # 8858-2002. I called the manufacture and they said it was made in 2002 and they recommend that all of these should be certified every 5 years. That's when they check the teathers, rubber etc. The SFI sticker states that it was last certified in July 2006. They stamp it every time they certify it.
No additional parts are included, only the constraint that is in the picture. Manufacture told me that new ones are $1,100.
Hans phone number is 800 654-7223. Small wear on the inner neck fabric- see the last picture. Doesn't look like it was used much. Appears to be in good shape.
