Pre-sensitized
PWR Emulsion does not require mixing in diazo. This pre-sensitized emulsion is ready to use straight from the container.
12 Month Shelf-life
A large benefit to using a pre-sensitized emulsion is the long shelf-life. PWR Emulsion can be stored on the shelf for 12 months after opening. Please note exposing the emulsion to extreme hot and cold temperatures will compromise the product.
Ultra-fast exposing
Speed up your exposure times with PWR, this emulsion has an ultra-fast exposure time that works well with a variety of light sources.
Works with water-based and plastisol ink systems

Emulsion Best Practices
Screen Prep We recommend Ecotex Hyper Haze, it will degrease your screen and give the emulsion a clean surface to stick to. Eliminate any UV light from entering the room and work under a yellow light. Write down the day you opened the emulsion on the bottle to better keep track of your chemicals.
