Simple and Easy - Our AP Blue emulsion is one of the best screen printing supplies you can buy. Premixed and Pre-sensitized for ease of use and ready to apply to your screen printing screens right out of the canister.

Use with your Favorite Products - Fully compatible with all plastisol ink screen printing techniques as well as UV ink. Make sure you pick up some emulsion remover for when you are done to reclaim your screens.

Designed for Long Use - When used with your preferred silk screen printing kit this emulsion is ultra durable and must be cured with a strong emulsion exposure unit, DIY light is not recommended. Use an emulsion scoop coater for clean even coverage.

AP Blue Emulsion does not require mixing in diazo. This pre-sensitized emulsion is ready to use straight from the container.
12 Month Shelf-life
A large benefit to using a pre-sensitized emulsion is the long shelf-life. AP Blue Emulsion can be stored on the shelf for 12 months after opening. Please note exposing the emulsion to extreme hot and cold temperatures will compromise the product.

AP Blue Emulsion produces unsurpassed resolution. This emulsion is also extremely durable and will withstand long print runs on the press.

Emulsion Best Practices
Screen Prep We recommend Ecotex Hyper Haze, it will degrease your screen and give the emulsion a clean surface to stick to. Eliminate any UV light from entering the room and work under a yellow light. Write down the day you opened the emulsion on the bottle to better keep track of your chemicals.
