I have no way to test this, It powers on, the light at the bottom comes on, it makes a hum noise. Off/ on switch works, the gauge seems to work when I push the 'press to test' button.
The handle is OK, if I scratch it with my fingernail the surface will scratch off like paper.
Possibly dated around 1935
