Restaurant Equipment Technical Assistance is a fee based service which allows

you to

repair your own food equipment. The fee will allow you to speak with our

technician that

is trained and has over 35 years’ experience in the field.  He will assist you in troubleshooting,

replacing and installing parts, offer professional advice and answer any

questions you may have over the phone. 

Our technician specializes in repair on commercial food equipment

manufactured by Hobart but has worked on almost all makes and models of commercial

restaurant equipment. 

The

Fee of $50.00 will have our technician call you directly within one hour of

your request. Our technician will give you up to 30 minutes of technical

assistance on the phone to troubleshoot your problem. He will also assist you in

obtaining parts at a discounted cost.
