The missing link between anything tri clamp and a hole in your lid! No soldering, gluing or welding needed. This fitting is also called a Weld-less 2" Tri Clamp Bulkhead.
This is the special sized one that also fit the Chapman Fermenter Kettles. This coupling is used to attach a still top to the Turbo Boiler, Robobrew Still Lid, Digiboil, Turbo 500, Anvil Foundry, Grainfather, etc. or any lid you have or can put an approximate 47mm (1.85 inch) hole in. The coupling comes with a silicone gasket and with the lock nut from the underside that screws on right in to the hole in your lid for an air tight seal. You then add your own (or ours) anything 2 inch tri clamp. If you have something with a hole in the lid, this piece makes a super easy and inexpensive way to add your own still tower. We have about 10 different still towers that will clamp right to this. Please don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions. Very excited for this new easy to use fitting!
Add a 2" tri-clamp port to any tank or lid with this 304 stainless steel weldless bulkhead. Just drill a 45-47 mm hole and tighten this item to your vessel wall.
For distilling purposes, this is perfect if you want to fit an extension tube between the BrewZilla / DigiBoil distillation lid and the copper pot or reflux still.
