Car Wash Equipment

Dissatisfied with the cost and complexity of car wash controllers currently on the market, we designed and built our own. Operating for the last 24 months in our company site in Steubenville Ohio.   Uses off the shelf components and industrial standard Modbus communication protocols, it is easily expandable. The PLC has an embedded web page which enables the use of any android, PC or Apple based device as a user interface.   Our other tunnel has been in operation since 1976- we have a controller with the serial number 00002 on it.  During the time we have had multiple shut downs due to the touch pad going bad at the tunnel entrance.   It always seems to happen on a friday, so not only do we have to spend $700 for the part, there is a day of downtime and next day air shipping. Our controller is designed to interface with paystations with relay output such as Hamilton, Standard and Unitec.  We have wash counters in the program, but no cash accounting.  Digital water meters and chemical monitoring can also be included.  Email or text alerts can be included.
The price includes a metallic NEMA 4 enclosure and the basic board with 16 I/O.  Exandable to 256 I/O with expansion boards.  We can also add in variable frequency drives as needed for dryer controls.  There will be a set up fee for configuration to site specific requirements.
