All patches are perfectly usable, blems are cosmetic only. Blemishes may include small black ink dots, design slightly off center, wrinkle or wave in fabric, part of design slightly blurry, color coverage lighter at patch edge. Blems are minor and cannot be noticed from a couple of feet away.
