It seems to be handmade. The rubber needs to be replaced and I'm not sure all of the pieces are here. I cant figure out where the plug pictured on the bottom right goes but it was inside the larger piece. It's a very cool piece of science equipment to display or restore. It took me alot of time to try and figure out what this thing even was so its definitely a conversation starter. Thanks for looking!
