Print & Finishing Equipment’s (PFE) responsibility ceases upon issuance of a bill of lading or delivery to carrier. PFE has no responsibility for goods in transit. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by PFE, all freight charges, insurance and handling charges from PFE’s plant, Topeka, KS will be on a “collect” basis and purchaser agrees to pay same to carrier.
