ITEM: Offering a 1950’s 1960’s vintage 8"x10" film negative shot on Kodak Safety film media and original sleeve with photographer notes. Note that this is a film negative that was in the camera when the photographer shot the picture. The negative was used for publication and press purposes. Buyer will receive the original physical negative in its original sleeve and not the scan image file. The overall scans in this listing are at a low resolution and for illustrative purpose only. The digital watermark is NOT on the negative film. I give no assurances of any right of ownership for the image. I am selling these with the idea that they will be used for personal use only. CONDITION: The film negative is in good condition with sharp details as shown, some light fading around the edges; there may be some imperfections such as minor dust, fading or scratches although not visible via scanning. The negative shows wear consistent with age and use. I have not cleaned the negative. For your convenience I have uploaded a straight, unadulterated positive scan of the negative, as well as a photograph of the item on a lightbox. SPECIAL NOTE: This negative has the photographer/graphic designer original Rubylith* (litho) masking pen markings on the face media which is used during the photographic enlargement printing process. The remainder of these c.1950-1970 acquisitions were boxed and set aside. After 50+ years in storage, I have decided to part with some of the archive.
